The offer is addressed to retail customers residing in the EU and the UK, and consists of the possibility of free delivery for orders equal to or more than four units of basic unit product. In order to take advantage of free delivery, a minimum of four products should be added to the basket, the free delivery option should be visible in the basket in the delivery options.
Deliveries of promotional products are carried out by leading courier companies available on the market in Europe, i.e. UPS, DHL, GLS, FedEx.
The Seller reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time during its duration, as well as to refuse to accept promotional terms and conditions without giving reasons.
Every purchase made by www.horeca-decor.eu is subject to our 14-day return policy. The return period is counted from the date of receiving the courier delivery. The return is subject to the undamaged goods in the condition in which they were purchased. Return of the goods is not subject to additional fees. Shipping costs for the returned goods are borne by the buyer.
Funds are returned using the same method as at the time of purchase, i.e. to the payment card specified during the purchase, bank account (for parcels purchased as an option – payment on delivery must be given the bank account number for the refund).
To return the purchased goods please:

- funds for the purchase of goods are returned within 10 working days.
- the goods should be properly protected against damage in transport, marked with stickers – Caution Glass or Caution in the case of products made of glass, porcelain or other easily breakable materials.
4th Shipment should be sent to the address given on the page under the tab: Contact (for shipments up to 30kg) or to the address indicated by the seller in the confirmation of return.
Complaints in the case of damage to goods in transport will be considered only for shipments with a report of damage to the shipment, made by the courier during delivery.
Please check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier.
In case of other product defects, please describe the details of the defect or defect in the email, enclosing photographic documentation of the defect. If the complaint is accepted, the seller agrees to return the funds or replace the defective goods with efficient ones within 14 working days.
